About Justin Robert
Justin R. Zinzow is the CEO and founding member of Zinzow Law, LLC, located in Trinity, Florida. He has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2003 and in Texas since 2018. His practice areas include business law, construction law, real estate law, and energy law.
Justin earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2003, graduating fourth in his class. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from the State University of New York at Albany, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1999. Before founding Zinzow Law, Justin worked at Ruden McClosky, a large statewide and international law firm, for seven years. His background in road construction, landscaping, and building trades provides him with practical experience that enhances his legal practice.
Justin is a Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Law Specialist, a designation that reflects his expertise in construction law. He has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer from 2020 to 2025. Additionally, he has been honored by Florida Trend as one of Florida’s 2007 “Up & Coming Legal Elite.” In his community, Justin has been actively involved in various organizations. He served on the Florida 6th Judicial Circuit Nominating Commission for nine years, including a term as Chairman.
He is also a member of the Associate Builders and Contractors Gulf Coast Chapter and has been involved with the Tampa Bay Builders Association.
