About Justin Daniel
Justin Daniel Arnold earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, entering the program in 2004 and receiving his J.D. in 2007. Those three years in San Diego shaped his approach to practice. He studied doctrine and procedure in a law school known for practical training and left with classroom experience and a record of clinic work.
He moved into private practice after law school and has since been associated with The Law Office of Cameron M. Fernandez. He has worked out of the firm’s Santa Barbara office as well as other firm locations. Colleagues describe him as steady and attentive to case details, and clients have relied on him for careful handling of their matters.
Arnold’s docket has included files that require courtroom appearances, negotiations and document drafting. He adapts those basic tools to each client’s problem. He is comfortable explaining complex points in plain language.
