About June Psaltis

June Psaltis Sauer built an academic foundation that spans law and science. She earned an LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2011 after receiving her J.D. from Pace Law School in 2005. Earlier degrees include an M.S. in 2001 and a B.S. in 1997 from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona.

Her education set the stage for a practice centered on administrative adjudication and statutory appeals. Over the years she moved into roles that involved hearings and procedural advocacy. Public records identify work connected to the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings Operations, where she handled matters that required familiarity with administrative procedure and evidentiary rules.

Ms. Sauer is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, New York and Connecticut. Those credentials allow her to appear in state administrative proceedings and before administrative tribunals that require counsel to be admitted in multiple jurisdictions. She has handled cases that demand careful preparation of records and clear presentation of medical and vocational evidence.

Her legal approach blends courtroom preparation with paperwork management. She has managed case dockets through hearing calendars, prepared pre-hearing briefs and examined vocational and medical experts. The work often calls for translating technical medical records into the legal standards that guide eligibility determinations. She is experienced in drafting concise legal arguments aimed at adjudicators who must weigh conflicting evidence.

Colleagues describe her as methodical in hearings and disciplined on deadlines. Her training in both law and a science-oriented master’s program informs a measured style of advocacy. She has worked in settings where administrative judges and hearing officers set the pace, and she has adapted her practice to the procedural rhythms of those forums.

In practice she moves between advocacy before administrative decision-makers and the paperwork that sustains a claim. She has maintained professional registrations to practice in multiple jurisdictions and has experience coordinating filings across those systems. Her background combines formal legal study with on-the-ground handling of administrative hearings and appeals.

She currently practices in the District of Columbia, New York and Connecticut. Her current practice covers Social Security disability claims and administrative hearings in those jurisdictions.
