About Gino
Gino Santella built a career that moves from management information systems into law. He began with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona in 2003. He added an MBA from Arizona State University in 2008, and a Master of Global Management from Thunderbird in 2010. He completed his legal studies at Arizona Summit Law School, earning a J.D. in 2013.
After law school he entered private practice. He began practicing at Santella Law PLLC in 2014. In 2022 he joined Desert View Law, PLLC. Those positions represent more than a decade of experience in state-level practice and client work across different areas of business and personal law.
He is licensed to practice in Arizona and Colorado. Locally he participates in county bar activities. He is a member of the Pima County Bar Association since 2022 and joined the Maricopa County Bar Association in 2024. He has been involved with Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity since 2012 and has volunteered with Wills for Heroes AZ since 2019, contributing to pro bono estate planning projects for first responders and their families.
Santella’s academic background is broad. The combination of an undergraduate degree in information systems, an MBA, and a global management degree gives him a framework for thinking about business structures, data, and operational issues. Those perspectives inform how he approaches client matters, especially where transactional, organizational, or technology-related issues intersect with legal questions.
Colleagues and clients see him as pragmatic. He tends to frame problems in plain terms and map out practical steps. He has handled matters through small-firm practice, working on both individual and business matters. He also maintains a record of volunteer legal work through community-oriented programs.
Today he practices through Desert View Law, PLLC. He works with clients across Arizona and Colorado, applying his combined legal and business training to client matters. He currently practices through Desert View Law, PLLC, serving clients in Arizona and Colorado.
