She represents the Louisiana Department of Transportation in expropriation and highway right-of-way acquisition cases and handles flooding and tort litigation for the City of Shreveport. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Lafargue is actively involved in professional organizations. She is a member of the Shreveport, Louisiana State, and American Bar Associations, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, the American Board of Trial Advocates.
