About Julian D.
Julian D. Hoshell built his path to the law through steady, local steps. He earned a B.S. in political science from the University of St. Francis before moving to Chicago for law school. He graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2017 and began working in the courthouse corridors soon after.
His early months in the profession were spent at Zayed Law Offices Personal Injury Lawyers. He started as a law clerk in 2017 and quickly moved into the role of associate lawyer that same year. By 2019 he had been elevated to partner at the firm. The progression traces a common route from clerkship into full practice, but the timeline shows how he established himself within one practice group.
Hoshell’s work centers on personal injury law. He handles the kinds of cases personal injury firms commonly see: filing claims, developing evidentiary records, preparing pleadings and representing clients in hearings. He spends time on both pre-litigation work and courtroom appearances. He negotiates settlements and argues motions when cases require court intervention.
Professionally he maintains memberships in several bar and trial organizations. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the National Trial Lawyers Association. He is also active in the Will County Bar Association. Those affiliations place him among peers who practice throughout Illinois and who regularly appear in state courts across the region.
Hoshell works out of multiple Zayed Law Offices locations across Illinois. He handles matters for clients out of the firm’s Chicago, Joliet, Wheaton, Rockford, Peoria, Aurora and Bloomington offices. He splits his time between client interviews, case preparation and courtroom work. He currently concentrates on representing people in personal injury matters.
