About Jules
Jules Bagneris earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2018. He built his legal training there and moved quickly into private practice after graduation. His early academic work included courses in business and tax law, areas that continue to appear in his professional memberships.
He has been admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. Shortly after completing law school he established Bagneris Legal, PLLC and has served as its lawyer since 2018. The firm is a vehicle for his solo and small‑firm practice, handling matters that arise under the laws of the two states where he is licensed.
Bagneris maintains several professional affiliations. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Tax Section and holds membership in the State Bar of New York. He also belongs to the New York State Bar Association, a membership he has held since 2018. These associations reflect the professional circles in which he participates and the ongoing continuing legal education that they provide.
Clients and colleagues describe him as methodical and direct. He structures work to address immediate legal problems while keeping an eye on regulatory and tax implications. His ABA Tax Section membership signals sustained engagement with tax issues, though his day‑to‑day practice includes the broader mix of matters that small firms commonly handle in New York and New Jersey.
Running Bagneris Legal has required balancing client counseling, document work, and the procedural demands that come with state practice. He manages client relationships and firm operations while responding to the shifting requirements of two separate state bar systems. That practical side of running a practice informs how he plans legal matters for individual and business clients.
He continues to practice in New York and New Jersey, keeping active in bar activities and professional networks. His current practice is conducted through Bagneris Legal, PLLC and focuses on matters arising under New York and New Jersey law.
