Juan P. Bauta received a law degree from Florida State University College of Law in 1990 after completing an undergraduate program in history and political science in 1987. His educational path combined the study of institutions and public affairs with formal legal training. Those admissions have allowed him to pursue litigation matters at both the trial and appellate levels.
He holds a professional certification as a Civil Trial Lawyer from the Florida Board. That credential marks formal recognition of experience in civil trial work under state criteria.
