Josie Margaglione's path to law began with a degree in the humanities. She earned a B.A. in the Teaching of French from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1991. More than a decade later she returned to the classroom of a different sort, taking up legal studies at Northern Illinois University and receiving her J.D. in 2004.
She moved to Texas and built a private practice. In 2008 she founded Margaglione Law, PLLC and has operated the firm since then.
