About Joshua
Joshua Simpson came to law after a clear run through the University of Oklahoma. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing in 2011. Four years later he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2015.
His academic path combined business and legal study. The marketing degree gives him a practical sense of how companies present themselves and reach customers. The law degree supplied the technical training needed to advise clients and appear in court.
Following law school Simpson established his practice in Oklahoma. He is admitted to practice in the state and has built his work around matters that arise under state law. Over the years he has worked on both transactional questions and contested matters, handling client needs that range from contract review to courtroom representation.
Colleagues describe him as steady and methodical. He favors clear explanations and straightforward planning when he meets with clients. That style draws on his undergraduate training: marketing is about clarity in communication and understanding an audience, and those skills translate into client counseling and case preparation.
At Allen & Mills, PLLC Simpson is part of a team that serves individuals and businesses across Oklahoma. He contributes to case strategy, client counseling, and court filings. He handles day-to-day legal tasks as well as longer-term matters that require sustained attention.
Outside of specific case work, Simpson pays attention to the practical side of running a legal practice. He works to keep clients informed about status and options, and he prioritizes organizing facts and deadlines so cases move forward without surprises.
In the courtroom and at the conference table, Simpson aims to present problems and solutions in plain terms. He currently practices at Allen & Mills, PLLC in Oklahoma, where he represents clients in state-law matters for individuals and businesses.
