About Joshua Joe

Joshua Joe Langlois earned his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2015. He completed his undergraduate studies at Wichita State University, receiving a B.S. in Criminal Justice in 2010. Those years of formal study framed an early interest in how law and policy interact with everyday public safety and regulatory issues.

After law school, Langlois moved into practice in the Midwest. He is admitted to practice in both Kansas and Missouri and has been active in bar association work. He has been a member of The Kansas Bar since 2016. Those memberships have kept him connected to developments in state-level rules and recent decisions affecting regional practice.

Langlois’s academic background in criminal justice gave him an early exposure to courts and procedure. Over time he broadened that base, applying legal analysis to transactional and litigation matters. Colleagues describe him as methodical; he tends to break complex problems into concrete steps. He favors arguments that are easy for a judge or client to follow rather than ornate theory.

His path led him to private practice at Pollsinelli PC. At the firm he works alongside teams that serve clients across Kansas and Missouri. His practice requires coordinating filings, meeting court deadlines, and preparing clear written advocacy. He also spends time advising clients on compliance issues that bridge state lines.

Outside day-to-day casework, Langlois has remained involved in professional circles. Regular attendance at continuing-education programs and bar meetings keeps him current on procedural changes and emerging case law. He approaches professional development practically. He looks for lessons that can be applied at the next hearing or client meeting.

Colleagues say he is steady under pressure and thorough in preparing for hearings. That steadiness has shaped how he handles client communications; he prefers straightforward explanations over legalese. Today he practices at Pollsinelli PC, where his work centers on serving clients in matters that arise in Kansas and Missouri.
