About Joshua D.

Joshua D. Molina took a steady path into the law. He completed a Bachelor of Arts at Florida International University in 2017, studying political science and international relations. He followed that with a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2021. Those years of study gave him grounding in legal doctrine and an understanding of public policy and global affairs.

As a law student he moved through a standard professional curriculum during a period of rapid change in legal education. He earned his degree in 2021 and subsequently began practicing in Florida. He is licensed to practice in that jurisdiction. Public records list Florida as his jurisdiction of admission.

His academic background in political science and international relations informs how he approaches problems. That training tends to sharpen attention to statutory structure, institutional actors, and cross-border implications when they arise. At the same time, his law school training emphasized the practical skills lawyers use day to day: legal research, brief writing, and client counseling.

Molina’s professional life has been built in the years after law school. He joined the bar at a time when many young attorneys balance traditional litigation skill-building with regulatory and transactional work. He has practiced under Florida law and engaged with matters that require familiarity with state rules and court procedures.

He appears in the role many recent graduates assume: applying classroom learning to real-world problems, advising clients, and representing interests before tribunals and administrative bodies when needed. Colleagues describe him as methodical and exacting in his preparation; clients encounter a lawyer who emphasizes clarity and responsiveness.

Outside of casework, his dual undergraduate majors suggest an interest in how law intersects with policy and international issues. That background can be an asset when matters touch on governmental processes, cross-jurisdictional questions, or policy-driven litigation. It also offers a broader perspective on how legal outcomes affect institutions and communities.

He practices law in Florida.
