About Joshua
Joshua Cali is a Massachusetts lawyer who has combined legal training, real estate licensing, and entrepreneurial work into a small-practice platform. He serves as principal of Cali Law and operates Cali Realty Group as a licensed real estate broker. His path through law school and early internships shows consistent interest in transactions and business matters.
Cali earned a B.S. in Economics-Finance from Bentley College in 2013 and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2016, where he studied Business Law and Tax. The law school record reflects classroom work in corporate structures and tax issues. Those subjects reappear in his subsequent positions and business ventures.
He began gaining practical legal experience while still in school. In 2014 he worked as a legal intern at Wehrung Law and, in 2015, he was a legal trainee at White & Case LLP. After graduating, he joined Paeske Law, PC as an associate in 2016. Those early roles exposed him to commercial transactions and the mechanics of legal practice in both boutique and large-firm settings.
In 2017 Cali opened his own practice, taking on the title of principal at Cali Law. The same year he registered as a real estate broker and launched Cali Realty Group. His background also includes business roles outside traditional law practice: he served as Senior Vice President of Product Development for Caliesin Properties LLC in 2011 and earlier worked in publishing and political internships. Those experiences inform how he approaches client matters that intersect law, finance, and property.
Cali is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts. His combination of a law degree concentrated in business and tax, legal internships, and real estate brokerage work has led him to handle transactional matters that touch on property and business organization. He draws on both legal training and brokerage licensing when advising clients on real estate transactions and related contract work.
Today he maintains offices for his law and realty practices in Massachusetts. He continues to represent clients in transactional and real estate matters while managing the business side of two small firms, balancing client work with business operations. His current practice centers on business and real estate transactions, contract drafting, and related tax and corporate considerations.
