Joseph L. Richardson is an attorney admitted to the State Bar of California on January 8, 2001. He is currently a partner at McCune Wright Arevalo, LLP, where he leads the Racial & Economic Justice Practice Group. His license status is active, and he is authorized to practice before all California courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.
Mr. Richardson earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Redlands in 1993 and obtained his Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law in 1996. His academic background laid the foundation for his legal career, which began in 2011. Since then, he has also served as an adjunct professor, sharing his expertise with law students.
His practice areas include racial and economic justice cases, class actions, employment law, civil rights, and consumer and small business class actions. Mr. Richardson is experienced in various legal stages, including litigation, negotiations, and trials, reflecting his comprehensive approach to legal representation.
