About Joseph John
Joseph John Rinaldi took a conventional path into the law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 1998 and completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law in 2002. Those academic years set the stage for a practice rooted in Florida and in the federal courts that sit over the state.
After law school he entered active practice in Florida. Over time he secured admission to practice in the state courts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Those admissions give him the authority to represent clients at both the trial and appellate levels, and to file matters in federal appellate proceedings when appropriate.
Rinaldi’s educational background and court admissions shape the contours of his work. A J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, earned in 2002, means his professional career spans more than two decades. The credentialing to appear before the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court is administratively distinct from day-to-day trial practice; it signals that he is positioned to handle matters that may move beyond state forums.
He maintains a presence across Florida. Offices in Miami, Weston, and Daytona Beach allow him to serve clients in South Florida and the central portion of the state. The multiple locations reflect a practice that responds to filings and hearings in various jurisdictions rather than a single courthouse. He also holds current memberships in professional legal organizations, which keep him connected to peers and developments in the law.
Those elements—local offices, state and federal admissions, and law school credentials—frame the current practice. Rinaldi works on matters that implicate both state and federal procedure and litigatory pathways. He represents clients in proceedings that require navigation of Florida court processes and, where necessary, federal appellate avenues.
He continues to practice from his offices in Miami, Weston, and Daytona Beach and focuses his practice on matters litigated in Florida state courts and in the federal courts where he is admitted to appear.
