About Joseph
Joseph Dedvukaj earned his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 1994. He completed his legal education during a period of change in the profession and entered practice shortly thereafter. His training at MSU placed him among peers who went on to litigation and courtroom work, and that environment shaped his early years as an attorney.
He is admitted to practice before multiple courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the courts of the State of Michigan. Those admissions allow him to pursue matters in both trial and appellate settings. He has maintained active practice privileges across those forums while building his practice in Michigan.
In 1994 he joined the professional network that included membership in the Association of Trial Lawyer of America. He later joined the Michigan Association for Justice in 2001 and remained a member. For a brief period he was listed with the Association for Justice from 2007 to 2008. These affiliations reflect ongoing engagement with organizations that focus on trial skills, civil practice, and continuing legal education.
He founded The Joseph Dedvukaj Firm, P.C., and has managed the firm’s work since establishing it. As founder he oversees case selection and directs litigation strategy. The office operates in Michigan and pursues matters in state and federal courts consistent with the firm’s admissions and experience. Running a boutique firm has meant handling a range of tasks beyond courtroom work, from client counseling to the administrative demands of litigation.
