About Jordan M.
Jordan M. Kirby built a legal path that runs from Florida to North Carolina and back into multistate practice. He earned a B.S. in criminology and communication from Florida State University in 2004. Three years later he received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. Those formative years combined social-science training with formal legal study and set the stage for a trial practice.
He joined Rubenstein Law and has been a partner there since 2010. Over more than a decade at the firm he has taken on roles that mix courtroom work and case supervision. The partner title reflects his position within the firm’s litigation team rather than a single job description. It also places him in a role where he coordinates cases across states where he is licensed to practice.
Kirby is a Board Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar. That credential follows Florida’s standards for experience, peer review and examination in the civil-trial field. He is admitted to practice in Georgia, Florida, New York and Pennsylvania. Those multistate admissions allow him to file cases and appear in courts across several jurisdictions, and they inform how he prepares matters that cross state lines.
His day-to-day work centers on civil trial litigation. He handles pretrial strategy, motion practice and courtroom presentation. Cases require attention to evidence, witness preparation and procedural deadlines. At the firm he engages in case development and collaborates with colleagues on complex pleadings and trial plans. His combination of courtroom practice and firm responsibilities shapes how matters move from intake to resolution.
He has practiced continuously since his graduation from law school and has maintained licensure in multiple states. That record reflects ongoing engagement with trial work and multijurisdictional practice. He currently practices civil trial law at Rubenstein Law, handling litigation across Georgia, Florida, New York and Pennsylvania.
