About Jordan J.

Jordan J. Levine built his legal foundation on a combination of liberal arts and professional training. He earned a B.A. in Government and History from Cornell University in 2012 and completed his J.D. at Seton Hall University School of Law in 2016. Those years shaped his interest in how law intersects with public policy and institutional decision-making.

At Cornell, Levine studied the institutions that shape political life and the narratives that shape public memory. He carried that intellectual curiosity into law school, where coursework and clinic work exposed him to practical problem solving. The transition from classroom to courthouse was intentional. He drew on his academic background while learning how statutes and precedent operate in everyday disputes.

After law school, Levine entered private practice. He joined Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., and has worked on matters that require detailed statutory analysis and careful client counseling. Colleagues note his steady approach to complex files. He breaks problems into manageable parts and sets realistic expectations for clients and opposing counsel.

Levine is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. He holds current memberships in the State Bar of New Jersey and the State Bar of New York. Those dual admissions allow him to handle matters that cross state lines and to advise clients subject to different regulatory environments.

His work draws on a habit of close reading. He pays attention to records, timelines, and statutory language. He also values clear writing. His briefs and memoranda aim to make legal arguments accessible to judges and clients alike. In team settings he often focuses on research and strategy, and he collaborates with colleagues on case development and client meetings.

Outside of casework, Levine follows developments in state law closely. He monitors legislative updates and appellate decisions that affect his clients. He also keeps an eye on how procedural rules change litigation practice. Those efforts inform the advice he gives and the positions he advances in filings.

Levine practices at Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., where he represents clients in matters across New Jersey and New York. He continues to handle litigation and advisory work that draws on his background in government and history and his legal training.
