About Jonathan
Jonathan Tanaka earned his law degree from Liberty University School of Law in 2014. He left law school into a legal market that demanded adaptability. The education he received provided a grounding in litigation and transactional basics, and he followed its curriculum into practice.
He began building his career in Texas, taking roles that exposed him to day-to-day client work and courtroom procedure. In 2020 he worked at The Law Offices of Thomas L. Young, PLLC, where he handled practice responsibilities typical of small firm environments. That period gave him hands-on experience in managing client matters and courtroom filings.
In 2023 he opened The Law Office of Jonathan Tanaka, PLLC. Establishing his own firm shifted his role from associate-level tasks to leading cases and running a small office. He balances client intake, case strategy and administrative duties. Running a solo practice also means he oversees billing, client communication and the business side of law.
Tanaka maintains a current professional association membership. He practices in Texas and has built his practice around the procedural and substantive demands of that jurisdiction.
