About Jonathan
Jonathan Klein earned his B.A. from Boston University in 2001 and continued his studies at Suffolk University Law School, receiving his J.D. in 2006. He completed law school as the legal landscape around him was changing, and he entered practice in Massachusetts shortly thereafter. The academic path laid the groundwork for a steady career in firm-based practice across the state.
Klein began his post-law-school career in 2007 at Marcus, Errico, Emmer & Brooks. He moved to Crowe Paradis Services Corporation in 2009 and then to Lash & Associates, P.C. in 2010. In 2012 he joined Sullivan & Associates, LLC. That sequence of roles exposed him to a range of firm cultures and client needs. In 2015 he took a position at Gregg, Hunt, Ahern & Embry, where he remains on the lawyer roster.
Across those positions Klein developed a practical, case-oriented approach. He handled matters that required negotiation, file management and regular client communication. Colleagues from different firms described him as attentive to factual detail and steady under deadlines. The work demanded routine courtroom preparation, drafting and strategy sessions. Over time he moved from supporting roles to primary responsibility on matters assigned to him.
Klein’s path through multiple firms gave him an understanding of how small and mid-sized practices operate in Massachusetts. He learned how to manage files, prioritize competing demands and respond to shifting procedural requirements. Those skills proved useful when he transitioned to Gregg, Hunt, Ahern & Embry, where institutional continuity and client relations intersect.
At Gregg, Hunt, Ahern & Embry, Klein has been part of a team that handles a diverse caseload. His role continues to involve direct client contact and case management inside the firm’s Massachusetts practice. He maintains professional ties in the state and continues to work on matters arising from that network.
Outside the office, Klein’s background reflects a local educational trajectory and steady movement through regional legal employers. That history shapes his approach to the law: methodical, practice-oriented and grounded in the routines of firm life. He currently practices at Gregg, Hunt, Ahern & Embry and represents clients in Massachusetts.
