About Jonathan A.
Jonathan A. Millet began his professional path in technology before turning to the law. He earned a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University in 2002, then went on to receive his J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona in 2007. The combination of technical training and legal education has shaped the shape of his work and the kinds of matters he pursues.
Early in his legal career Millet worked in a variety of public and private roles that exposed him to courtroom procedure, administrative practice, and legislative work. While still in law school he served as a judicial intern for the Pima County Superior Court and worked in the Transportation Section of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. He spent a summer as a legal fellow on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee for Senator Jon Kyl, an experience that involved federal legislative issues. Those appointments were followed by law clerk positions and an entry-level associate role at The Ledbetter Law Office in 2007.
He joined Boyle, Pecharich, Cline, Whittington & Stallings, P.L.L.C. as an associate in 2009 and became a partner in 2016. Over more than a decade at the firm he has handled matters arising in private practice and collaborated with other lawyers in the office on cases that required litigation and client counseling. His career path shows steady progression from support roles to leadership within a regional firm.
Millet maintains active participation in professional and community organizations. He has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 2007 and belongs to the Yavapai County Bar Association. Between 2009 and 2012 he served as Service Committee Chair for Prescott Young Professionals. He also held memberships in the Verde Valley Bar Association and the Verde Valley Rotary Club, where he served as webmaster, and he contributed to the City of Prescott’s Mayor’s Advisory Committee on Economic Development in 2009.
Colleagues and clients see him as a lawyer who blends practical courtroom experience with familiarity with government processes. His background in computer information systems adds an analytical element to how he approaches evidence and case strategy. He is based at the Boyle Pecharich law office and continues to participate in local bar activities and civic groups.
He currently concentrates his practice on civil and administrative matters at Boyle, Pecharich, Cline, Whittington & Stallings, P.L.L.C.
