About John
John Kalled earned his J.D. from Albany Law School in 1981 after completing undergraduate studies at the University of New Hampshire in 1977. He moved into the practice of law at a time when federal courts and aviation regulation were becoming increasingly prominent. Those formative years set the stage for a career that bridges courtroom work, appellate practice and matters tied to aviation and transportation.
He practices law through Kalled Law Offices, PLLC and also serves as a clerk at the Law Offices of Charles E. Snow, PC. His professional path has combined private practice responsibilities with roles that keep him close to trial and appellate work. He has remained active in bar and professional groups, which has broadened the range of forums where he appears or consults.
His memberships list is wide. He belongs to the American Bar Association and the ABA’s Aviation Litigation Section. He is a member of the National Transportation Safety Board Bar Association and serves on the Board of Governors of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association. He chairs a General Aviation Subcommittee and is a panel lawyer for the Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association. He is also active in the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Family Law and Business Law sections. That mix of affiliations connects courtroom practice, appellate work, and industry-focused dispute resolution.
Court admissions reflect that breadth. He is admitted to the Bars of the United States Supreme Court and to several federal appellate courts, including the First, Federal and D.C. Circuits. He is also admitted in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Those credentials allow him to handle matters at trial and on appeal across multiple federal forums.
Colleagues and opposing counsel see him in a range of matters where aviation and transportation intersect with civil litigation. His roles on industry committees and bar sections keep him involved in conversations about safety, regulation and liability. He also participates in the professional life of his local bar through committee work tied to family and business law topics.
Today he maintains his practice at Kalled Law Offices, PLLC while continuing his clerk role at the Law Offices of Charles E. Snow, PC. His current practice concentrates on aviation and transportation issues alongside family and business law matters.
