About John Charles
John Charles Flatt built his academic foundation on the East Coast before turning to the practice of law. He completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Richmond in 1966. Three years later he earned his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1969. Those credentials preceded a career that took shape over several decades and tied him to federal forums.
After law school Mr. Flatt entered the profession and, in 1976, he secured admission to the bar.
