About Joey
Joey Lampert earned his B.A. from the University of South Florida in 2004 and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2008. He entered the bar of Florida and later gained admission to the United States Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the United States Tax Court. His academic path set the stage for a career centered on litigation and complex civil matters.
He began his post-law school career at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in 2011. There he worked on litigation teams handling a range of civil disputes. In 2012 he joined Perlman, Bajandas, Yevoli & Albright, P.L., where he continued to develop trial and appellate experience. Those years provided courtroom time and casework across state and federal forums.
In 2020 he founded Lampert Law Office. The firm handles commercial and business disputes for corporate and individual clients. Lampert built the practice to address contested matters in state and federal court, and to take on tax-related controversies where litigation is required.
Lampert holds Board Certification in Business Litigation from The Florida Bar. That credential marks a sustained involvement in commercial litigation work and recognition from the state bar in an area of practice concentrated on business disputes. He is a member of the Broward County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, maintaining active ties to the professional community.
Across his career he has litigated in both trial and appellate settings and represented clients before federal district courts and the United States Tax Court. He handles case strategy, discovery, motion practice and trial preparation. His work often involves contract disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, and contested business tort claims.
Clients come to Lampert Law Office when cases require courtroom experience and intensive case management. He continues to take on matters in Florida state courts, the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Tax Court. He currently handles business and commercial litigation and represents clients in federal and tax court matters.
