About Jillian E.
Jillian E. Faltyn earned her Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2021. She completed the law school curriculum during a period of rapid change in legal education and entered the bar shortly thereafter. Her academic record places her among a cohort of new lawyers who began their practices in the early 2020s.
She joined Tiveron Law PLLC in 2022 as an associate attorney. At the firm she moved quickly into client-facing work. Her role has involved drafting pleadings, advising clients on procedural matters, and participating in case strategy sessions. Colleagues describe her as methodical and clear in court filings and client communications.
Faltyn holds membership in the State Bar of New York, a status she has maintained since 2022. That membership authorizes her to represent clients and appear in New York courts. Much of her practice involves applying state statutes and case law to the problems clients bring to the firm.
