About Jessica Joy
Jessica Joy Sauer is an attorney specializing in estate planning, probate, and tax law, serving clients across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In 2020, she founded The Sauer Law Firm LLC, which has established offices in Lawrenceville and Bound Brook, New Jersey. Her firm focuses on providing comprehensive legal services that include creating wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, as well as guiding clients through tax-efficient planning and assisting with estate administration and guardianship proceedings. Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2006. While at Pepperdine, she was an editor of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal and received a CALI Award for Excellence in Arbitration Practice.
Prior to her law degree, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Political Science from Grove City College in 2003. To further enhance her expertise, she pursued advanced studies in taxation through coursework toward an LL.M. at Villanova University. Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2007, Jessica has over 15 years of legal experience. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar.
