About Jessica
Jessica Fresch studied broadcast journalism at the University of Texas at Austin before turning to law. She earned her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law and brought an early emphasis on clear communication into her legal training. That combination of reporting instincts and legal education shaped how she approaches client work.
After law school she established herself in Texas. She is licensed to practice in the state and maintains membership in the State Bar of Texas. Over time she rose to a leadership role at McClure Law Group, where she serves as a partner. Her title reflects both casework and a role in running the firm.
As a partner, Fresch manages client matters and helps steer firm operations. Her background in broadcast journalism informs how she explains complex legal issues. She tends to prefer plainspoken explanations that clients can use when making decisions. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing documents and clear when presenting arguments.
Outside the office she remains active in professional and civic organizations. She holds current memberships in the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the National Society for Collegiate Scholars. She participates in her parish through the Saint Anne’s Society Board at Christ the King Church. Local education and community groups have benefited from her service as well; she sits on the board of the Preston Hollow Early Childhood Association and serves as Vice President and Carnival Co-Chair of the Lamplighter Parents Association.
Her combined interests in media and law mean she often weighs how information will be received by different audiences. That perspective influences case preparation and client counseling. She regularly balances courtroom or transactional work with responsibilities that come from firm leadership and community involvement.
Fresch practices in Texas through McClure Law Group. Her current practice focuses on serving clients in Texas at the McClure Law Group.
