Jesse Lotspeich earned his Bachelor of Arts from Howard Payne University in 2002 and his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2005. He is admitted to practice in Texas and is also admitted to appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Those academic and admission milestones set the stage for a career concentrated in litigation and injury matters.
He began practicing law in 2005. Early that year he worked as an associate at the Law Office of James Stanley where he handled personal injury matters. In the same year he moved into a role at Barnett Howard & Williams PLLC. Records list him simply as a lawyer there; his work over the years has been anchored in civil litigation and claims for individuals harmed in accidents.
