About Jesse James
Jesse James Campbell kept a steady pace from classroom to courtroom. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Tusculum College in 2013 and earned his Juris Doctor from Appalachian School of Law in 2017. Those years on campus shaped his understanding of procedure and client counsel. They also put him on a track toward practice in Tennessee courts.
Campbell’s first substantive court experience came while he was still in law school. In 2015 he served as an extern for the 1st Judicial District Chancery Court. The placement gave him a close view of chancery practice and court operations. It also offered early exposure to drafting and legal research under the supervision of sitting judges and clerks.
After law school he joined the Law Offices of Tony Seaton in 2017. That role marked his transition into licensed practice. Two years later he moved to Tom Bible Law, where he continued to build courtroom experience. In 2023 he took roles at both Tahinci Law PLLC and The Garza Law Office, PLLC. Those positions reflect a pattern of steady movement through small firm and regional firm settings, often involving trial preparation and client representation in court.
Campbell has been active in organized bar work since the start of his legal career. He holds membership in the State Bar of Tennessee and has belonged to the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and the Tennessee Bar Association since 2017. Locally, he took on a leadership post as president of the Washington County Bar Association from 2019 to 2020. That elected role placed him in the center of the county’s legal community and involved coordinating meetings, education programs, and local bar initiatives.
He practices in Tennessee and continues to work out of the Tahinci Law Office, PLLC. His background includes chancery court work, trial preparation, and civil litigation tasks. He splits time between court appearances, client consultations, and case development in his current practice at Tahinci Law Office, PLLC, where he handles litigation and court work.
