About Jeremy L
Jeremy L Krenek earned his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2013 after completing a bachelor’s degree in marketing at Texas State University in 2005. He arrived in law school with a background in business and left equipped to handle courtroom work and client counseling. The sequence of his training and early roles shows a steady move into private practice and firm management.
His legal career began during law school with clerkships that exposed him to different sides of practice. In 2011 he worked as a law clerk at Incline Law Group, LLP, and the following year he took a law clerk position at Liebert Cassidy Whitmore. Those early roles gave him hands-on experience with legal research, drafting, and client matters before he stepped into an associate attorney role at Incline Law Group in 2013. He remained in private practice and took on increasing responsibility until he assumed a managing lawyer role in 2021 at Lakeside Lawyers, PLLC.
Across those positions he built practical skills in case preparation, motion practice and client advising. He has navigated matters that require cross-jurisdictional attention, as reflected by his admissions and memberships. He joined the State Bar of California in 2013 and the State Bar of Nevada in 2014. He also maintains membership in the American Bar Association and the Tahoe Truckee Bar Association, both since 2013. Those affiliations have kept him connected to developments in ethics, procedure and regional practice norms.
Colleagues describe his approach as methodical. He tends to break complex problems into concrete steps and then tackle each in turn. He has experience supervising teams and coordinating filings and deadlines, duties that come with running a small firm. The move to managing lawyer formalized responsibilities he had already taken on informally: staffing matters, overseeing client intake and supervising junior attorneys and support staff.
Today he serves as managing lawyer at Lakeside Lawyers, PLLC. He is licensed to practice in Texas, California and Nevada and handles matters that require work across those jurisdictions. His current practice at Lakeside Lawyers, PLLC covers client matters arising in Texas, California and Nevada.
