About Jeremy A.

Jeremy A. Wechsler built his legal foundation at New York Law School, earning a Juris Doctor in 2009. He emerged from law school at a time when estate planning and elder law were becoming more complex. That timing shaped the early course of his career and informed the professional affiliations he pursued.

After law school, Wechsler established his practice in Pennsylvania, where he is admitted to practice law. Early in his professional life he joined WealthCounsel in 2009, a national membership organization for attorneys who practice in estate planning, trusts and probate. That association has informed his approach to client work and kept him connected to changes in estate planning documents, tax considerations, and trust administration techniques.

Wechsler also holds a Pennsylvania insurance license issued by the state insurance department. That credential allows him to address insurance matters that commonly arise in estate and financial planning. He has used that additional license to advise on policy considerations tied to client plans and to coordinate legal and insurance strategies when appropriate.

His work over the years has involved preparing wills and trusts, guiding clients through probate and trust administration, and advising families and individuals on long-term planning choices. He handles the practical paperwork and court filings that follow a death or incapacity. He also counsels clients on how life insurance and other products can fit into a broader estate plan.

Colleagues describe Wechsler as a lawyer who attends to detail and who structures documents to match a client’s stated objectives. His practice style is careful rather than flashy. He emphasizes clear explanations and straightforward solutions, and he often spends time explaining the interaction between legal instruments and insurance products so clients understand immediate needs and longer-term consequences.

Outside day-to-day representation, he has maintained involvement in professional networks that focus on the intersection of law and financial planning. Those connections give him regular exposure to current drafting techniques and to changes in regulatory and tax developments that affect estates and insurance products.

As of 2026, Wechsler continues to practice in Pennsylvania. His current work centers on estate planning, trust and probate matters, and insurance-related issues that intersect with those areas of law.
