About Jenny A

Jenny A Daniell earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 1984. She was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1985 and is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Her legal education and early admission set the foundation for a long career in family dispute resolution.

Early in her career Daniell trained with Divorce Mediation Training Associates, a program that prepared lawyers to serve as neutral mediators in family law matters. That experience influenced the direction of her work. It exposed her to techniques for managing tense negotiations and for helping clients find practical solutions outside the courtroom.

Over the years Daniell has concentrated on cases that touch family relationships. She handles matters that range from divorce negotiations to parenting plans and financial settlements. In mediation sessions she tends to favor clear organization and realistic timelines. She works to keep discussions focused on concrete outcomes rather than abstract disagreements.

Daniell has been a member of the Massachusetts State Bar since 1985. She maintains that membership while practicing in state and federal forums. Membership has kept her connected to changes in local procedure and family law developments. She has used that connection to adapt her approach as statutes and court rules have evolved.

Clients and colleagues describe her style as steady and practical. She does not court dramatic courtroom battles. Instead, she looks for ways to reduce legal costs and the emotional strain of prolonged litigation. When mediation does not resolve every issue, she prepares cases for litigation with attention to detail and an emphasis on the records that judges will need.

Outside of individual cases, Daniell keeps current on developments in family law and mediation practice. She attends training and seminars to refresh procedural knowledge and to learn new negotiation techniques. Her practice combines mediation training and courtroom readiness.

Her current practice focuses on family law matters and mediation, helping clients navigate divorce negotiations, parenting arrangements, and related financial issues.
