About Jennifer Quezada

Jennifer Quezada Castillo earned her J.D. from the William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 2018. She completed her legal studies after intensive coursework and clinics that exposed her to courtroom practice and client counseling. Her legal education set the stage for immediate work in Virginia's courts.

She is licensed to practice in Virginia. After law school she entered active practice and has since concentrated her work on criminal defense. Her experience spans arraignments, pretrial motions, and courtroom proceedings. She represents clients at various stages of the criminal process and handles matters that require both negotiation and trial preparation.

Quezada Castillo maintains professional ties across the state. She is a current member of the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She also participates in the Metro Richmond Women’s Bar Association and serves on one of its committees, where she contributes to programming and member outreach. Those roles keep her connected to peers and current issues in criminal law and trial practice.

Outside of bar and professional groups, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Alexander Matthew Foundation. In that capacity she engages in governance and stewardship tasks that support the foundation’s charitable objectives. Her board work complements her legal practice by broadening her perspective on community needs and nonprofit operations.

Her day-to-day practice is based at Airington, Stone & Rockecharlie, PLLC. At the firm she works on criminal matters and related litigation. Colleagues describe her as methodical in case preparation and attentive to client concerns. She prepares motions, develops defense strategies, and appears in court as needed. The firm’s office provides the platform for courtroom work and client consultations across the Richmond area and elsewhere in Virginia.

Quezada Castillo also participates in continuing legal education and local professional events. She typically presents or joins panels offered through local bar groups and defense associations. That activity keeps her current on procedural changes and evolving case law that affect criminal practice in Virginia.

Her practice today centers on criminal defense, where she represents clients in state court matters and manages the litigation tasks those cases require.
