About Jennifer M.
Jennifer M. Danish earned her law degree from The John Marshall Law School in 2005 after completing a Bachelor of Arts at Loyola University Chicago in 1999. Her legal training took place in Chicago, and she is admitted to practice in Illinois. The chronology of her education set a clear path into administrative and disability work that would shape her early career.
She began her post-law school career in Chicago-area firms. In 2009 she joined Daley DeBofsky & Bryant as an associate lawyer, where she handled client matters that required work in federal administrative procedures. In 2013 she moved to Bryant Legal Group PC and took on a leadership role as managing partner. That transition marked a shift from associate responsibilities to firm management and case oversight.
Danish has been active in the bar community. She served as chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Social Security Law Committee from 2016 to 2017. That role placed her in the center of local professional discussions about Social Security disability law and administrative practice. Her committee work included organizing panels, coordinating member exchanges, and helping shape the committee’s agenda for practitioner education.
Over the years she has handled cases that involve administrative hearings, appeals before the Social Security Administration, and related litigation. Her courtroom work often requires preparation of medical records, coordination with treating physicians, and direct representation at hearing-level proceedings. She combines case management responsibilities at the firm with hands-on advocacy for individual claimants.
Colleagues describe her as pragmatic and detail-oriented in how she approaches files. She prefers careful preparation and clear explanation to clients about the stages of an administrative claim. That style carries into how she manages younger attorneys and support staff at her firm, balancing client deadlines with firm operations.
Today she practices at Bryant Legal Group PC, where she has held a leadership post since 2013. Her current practice focuses on Social Security disability matters and related federal administrative issues.
