About Jennifer

Jennifer Felipe earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Florida in 2012. She went on to complete her Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law in 2015. Those years of study gave her a grounding in both the social context of crime and the mechanics of legal practice.

After law school she began practicing in Florida. Early in her career she handled a range of matters for individual and business clients. She learned to move between paperwork, negotiations, and court appearances. The work required practical problem solving and steady attention to deadlines.

Her career has included both client counseling and courtroom work. She has experience guiding clients through legal processes and explaining options in plain terms. Clients and colleagues describe her as precise in preparation and direct in communication. She keeps professional memberships current and participates in the legal community in Florida.

Felipe later aligned her practice with Felipe Law, P.A., where she counsels clients on matters arising under Florida law. At the firm she manages case strategy and the day-to-day work that keeps cases moving forward. She balances intake, research, filings and hearings. The office handles disputes and transactional matters that require careful documentation.

Outside casework she has engaged in continuing legal education to stay current on developments that affect her practice. That ongoing study informs how she advises clients and structures arguments in court. She also places emphasis on making the legal process accessible, explaining complex points without jargon.

Her approach is methodical. She prioritizes clear timelines and practical next steps. Meetings tend to focus on immediate priorities and realistic outcomes. That pragmatic orientation shapes how she prepares for hearings and settlement discussions.

Jennifer Felipe maintains an active presence in the Florida legal community and continues to develop her practice through regular professional training and client work. Her current practice focuses on representing clients in Florida.
