About Jennifer Ann
Jennifer Ann Wynne runs a small New York practice that mixes legal work and accounting knowledge. She opened Wynne Law, P.C. in 2018 after more than a decade of practice at a Nassau County firm. The move to her own shop reflected a long-running interest in matters that sit at the intersection of law and finance.
Wynne studied at Hofstra. She earned a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2001. Earlier, she completed a B.B.A. in public accounting at Hofstra University. Those dual credentials shape how she approaches client matters and case strategy.
Her early post-law school years took her to Tenenbaum Law, P.C., where she joined the firm as an associate in 2003. She worked there for many years and was listed as a senior associate by 2016. That period included litigation and transactional work and built the foundation she later used to establish her own firm.
Wynne is admitted to practice in New York and in several federal forums. Her admissions include the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Tax Court. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association. The record shows membership in the American Association of Lawyer - CPA s as well.
Colleagues describe Wynne as methodical and detail-oriented in handling documents and filings. The combination of a public accounting background and courtroom experience positions her to handle disputes that involve financial records, tax questions or business transactions. She has represented clients in matters that required both an understanding of accounting principles and competence in federal and state procedures.
Outside the courtroom, Wynne manages the administrative and strategic responsibilities that come with running a small firm. She oversees client intake, case planning and the logistical demands of litigation. Those tasks occupy much of her time alongside court appearances and written advocacy.
She currently leads Wynne Law, P.C., where her practice centers on matters that involve financial issues, tax questions and civil litigation at the state and federal level.
