About Jeffrey Robert
Jeffrey Robert Arrigoni has spent decades working in and around family law. His path began in college, where he studied political science and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Olaf College in 1976. That early grounding in politics and policy shaped how he thinks about dispute resolution and the role of law in everyday life.
After college, Arrigoni moved into legal practice and built a career centered on family matters and mediation. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota and holds admissions before the federal appellate courts for the 10th, 2nd and 4th Circuits. Over the years he has handled a steady stream of domestic cases, and he has added alternative dispute resolution work to his repertoire. The combination of courtroom experience and ADR work informs his approach to client matters.
Arrigoni has remained active in professional circles. He serves in the Minnesota State Bar’s Family Law Section and its ADR section, and he participates in those groups on a continuing basis. That involvement keeps him current on developments in statutes and procedural rules affecting family law in the state. It also connects him to colleagues who regularly handle custody, support, property division and related issues.
He is the owner of Arrigoni Law Office. As the firm’s principal, Arrigoni manages casework and client relationships, and he oversees the office’s work on both contested litigation and negotiated settlements. His practice has balanced courtroom appearances with mediation sessions, reflecting a preference for resolving disputes efficiently when possible while preserving the option of trial when necessary.
Clients and colleagues describe him as practical and direct in communication. He favors clear explanations over legal jargon. That tendency shows in how he prepares clients for mediation and court. There are no promises of quick fixes; instead he outlines likely paths and tradeoffs so people can make informed choices. In recent years he has continued to handle family law matters and to advise clients about alternatives to litigation. He concentrates his practice on family law matters and alternative dispute resolution.
