Jeffrey N. Berman has spent more than two decades practicing in Florida courts. He built his early career at established firms and now serves as a shareholder at The Berman Law Office, PA. Colleagues describe him as steady in court and exacting in preparation.
He completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Florida in 2001 and earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2004. Those academic roots set a course toward litigation and courtroom work that has defined his professional life.
Berman began his legal career at Rumberger Kirk & Caldwell in 2004, joining as an associate. In 2007 he moved to Katz Barron Squitero Faust as an associate, where he continued to develop courtroom practice and case management skills. Over time he transitioned from associate roles into leadership at his own firm, taking on responsibilities as a shareholder at The Berman Law Office, PA.
He is an active member of The Florida Bar and maintains admissions in multiple federal districts: the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. His service to the profession has included a period as Vice-Chair of the Eleventh Circuit Grievance Committee for The Florida Bar from 2014 to 2017. He also holds membership in the Dade County Bar Association.
Berman’s experience spans state and federal litigation. He represents clients in proceedings before trial courts and federal district courts across Florida. That practical exposure has given him experience in courtroom procedure, motion practice and client counseling. He combines the institutional knowledge gained at larger firms with the hands-on responsibilities of running a smaller office.
Now based at The Berman Law Office, PA, he continues to handle matters in both state and federal court. He practices as a shareholder at The Berman Law Office, PA, representing clients in state and federal litigation across Florida.
