About Jeffrey Francis
Jeffrey Francis Reina built his academic foundation in Western New York. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Canisius College in 1990. He then completed a Master of Arts at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1996. Reina returned to Buffalo for law school and received his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1999.
After finishing law school, Reina began his professional career in the local legal community. In 2000 he joined Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP as a lawyer. That early step placed him at a firm known in the region for handling commercial and civil matters. Over the years his work has continued in the same firm, where he has practiced under New York jurisdiction. He has spent two decades-plus working through litigation and transactional files typical of a busy regional practice.

Since 2015 he has served as Vice President of the University at Buffalo Law School Alumni Association. Those roles have kept him tied to both the bar and the law school community in Buffalo.
