Mr. Neustadt earned his Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School, where he graduated in 1969. During his time at Boston College, he received awards for advocacy and brief writing in the intra-school Moot Court Competition. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Boston University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Government in 1966.
Mr. Neustadt concentrates his practice in the areas of civil law, criminal law, and family law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving personal injury, criminal defense, divorce, child custody, and complex property divisions. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Francisco for several years.
