Jeffrey B. McGuire built his legal foundation at the University of Mississippi, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. He went on to receive his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law. Those years in school shaped his approach to cases and his understanding of the systems he would later appear in.
After law school, McGuire entered practice in Mississippi. He represents clients in state trial courts, before the state appellate courts, and in federal court in Mississippi. He has handled matters that require courtroom work as well as the preparation of appellate briefs and federal filings.
