About Jeb W. J.W.
Jeb W. J.W. Bond earned a law degree from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2013. He moved into practice soon after law school. His early studies at Boyd placed him in the Southwest legal community at a moment when courts and defense counsel were confronting new challenges around criminal procedure and evidence.
Bond's first listed legal work dates to 2012 at the Justice Law Center. He was recorded as a lawyer there, an early credential that placed him in client-facing roles while still close to his law school years. That period gave him exposure to courtroom practice and the day-to-day tasks of representing clients.
By 2017 he was identified with Lawyers of Idaho. His entry to that office marked a move to practice in Idaho. The record shows him serving as a lawyer for Lawyers of Idaho beginning that year, and that affiliation has continued into the present. His work at the firm involves handling contested matters and representing individuals in court.
Bond is licensed to practice in both Idaho and Nevada. Holding credentials in two states means he can take on clients whose matters cross the Idaho–Nevada border. It also requires staying current on procedural and substantive differences between the two jurisdictions, from criminal statutes to evidentiary rules.
Since 2017 he has been a member of the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. That membership connects him to statewide networks of defense attorneys and to continuing legal education opportunities aimed at trial skills and criminal law developments. He has participated in association activities as a member, but public records do not list specific leadership positions.
Colleagues describe Bond as a practical courtroom advocate who handles hearings, motions and trials. He has worked through pretrial practice, plea negotiations and trial preparation. His practice reflects regular engagement with criminal defense tasks that arise in state courts across Idaho and in matters tied to Nevada jurisdictions as needed.
He currently practices at Lawyers of Idaho, where his caseload centers on criminal defense in Idaho and associated matters arising in Nevada.
