About Jeanne
Jeanne Costopoulos completed her undergraduate degree in political science at the University of Pittsburgh in 1989 and earned her J.D. from Dickinson School of Law in 1993. Those years framed her entry into the legal profession and anchored her understanding of Pennsylvania law. The chronology of her education is straightforward and reflects traditional preparation for a career at the state level.
After law school she built a steady legal career in Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice in the state and holds current membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar. Over time she has handled matters that required familiarity with state procedures and local courts. Her work has kept her engaged with the civic and legal structures that shape practice in Pennsylvania.
Her practice style emphasizes careful preparation and clear communication. She prepares cases with attention to detail and plans hearings and filings in a way that anticipates procedural needs. Clients and colleagues often describe her approach as methodical. In the courtroom she relies on organized presentation rather than spectacle.
Costopoulos operates out of two offices. She serves clients from a Main Office and maintains an additional presence in York. Those locations allow her to meet people where they are. She spends time consulting with clients, drafting legal documents, and handling court matters that arise under Pennsylvania law.
Outside of day-to-day practice she participates in the professional life of the bar through membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar. That affiliation gives her access to continuing legal education and to the professional networks that support practice in the state. Her career shows a consistent commitment to practicing within Pennsylvania’s legal framework.
As of 2026 she continues to practice law in Pennsylvania and serves clients from her Main Office and York Office.
