Mr. Sills earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, where he graduated in 1981. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Sonoma, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his time at Western State University, he was involved in various legal clinics and internships, gaining practical experience in the field of law.
