About Jason
Jason Stone’s path to the law began at Emory University and continued at Suffolk University Law School. He left law school prepared for litigation and the daily work of representing people. Those early years shaped an approach that treats facts, not rhetoric, as the foundation of a case.
After law school he established himself in Massachusetts. He serves in the Massachusetts bar and has long centered his practice on injury cases. In 2004 he served as president of Jason Stone Injury Lawyers, a leadership role he has cited as an opportunity to shape case strategy and office operations. That title reflected a shift from small-scale practice to running a team that handles a steady docket of personal injury matters.
Stone’s work covers the kinds of disputes that arise when someone is hurt: motor-vehicle collisions, slip-and-fall incidents, and other claims that seek compensation for physical and economic losses. He represents individuals in settlement talks and in court when a resolution cannot be reached.
