About Jason H.

Jason H. Weber took an unusual path into law. He returned to school after initial work in the private sector and added a specialized graduate degree that shaped his later practice. He holds an LL.M. in Real Estate Development from the University of Miami School of Law (2010) and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law–Camden. Those credentials gave him both technical training and a regional network that have informed his practice for more than a decade.

He joined Xander Law Group, P.A., early in his legal career and assumed leadership roles quickly. In 2011 he took on managing partner responsibilities, overseeing case flow, client relationships, and a growing team. Seven years later he added business development partner to his title, a move that reflected a shift toward building practice lines and client outreach while still handling substantive legal work.

Weber’s admissions include Florida and two federal appellate jurisdictions: the Federal Circuit and the 11th Circuit. Those admissions allow him to handle matters that range from state-level transactional work to federal appeals. The combination of an LL.M. in real estate development and appellate admissions gives him an uncommon mix of transactional and litigation-oriented tools, even when a file requires a transfer from deal negotiation to courtroom briefing.

Colleagues describe Weber as methodical. He prefers a structured approach to deals and disputes. He breaks complex transactions into discrete steps so clients can see progress. On litigation matters he emphasizes record-building and written advocacy. He is comfortable advising developers, investors, and business owners on the practical consequences of contract language and regulatory conditions.

His day-to-day work covers property-related contracts, land use questions, and commercial agreements. He has worked on title concerns, leasing arrangements, and purchase and sale negotiations. In firm leadership he has overseen proposal development, client intake, and the integration of outside counsel on larger matters. His career movement from managing partner into a role emphasizing business development reflects a dual interest in practice management and client service.

Outside the office his schedule includes bar and industry events in Florida and occasional travel for appellate filings. He keeps current on trends in real estate law and on changes in appellate procedure relevant to the firm’s caseload. He practices at Xander Law Group, P.A., handling real estate and business law matters for clients across Florida and in applicable federal venues.
