About Jason G

Jason G Litalien earned his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, attending from 2014 and graduating in 2017. He completed an additional Certificate in Information Privacy at the law school, building on his legal training with formal study in data protection and privacy regulation. The combination of law school coursework and a privacy certificate shaped his early professional trajectory.

After law school, he entered private practice and later established Litalien Law, PLLC. He is admitted to practice in Maine and in the Federal Circuit. Those certifications inform his work on privacy assessments, compliance projects, and incident response planning. Colleagues describe him as methodical in his approach to drafting privacy policies, negotiating vendor contracts that include data protection terms, and advising on regulatory obligations under state and federal law.

His professional memberships include the Maine State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the York Bar Association. He is also a member of several veterans’ organizations: AMVETS, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Disabled American Veterans, each listing membership since 2008.
