About Jason Erik
Jason Erik Mueller is a attorney specializing in consumer law, intellectual property, and patents. He has been practicing law in Dallas, Texas, since 2005. Mr. Mueller earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2005, graduating cum laude. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ouachita Baptist University, obtained in 1995.
Throughout his career, Mr. Mueller has represented clients in various complex legal matters, including patent litigation and post-grant review proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He has also defended claims initiated by the Federal Trade Commission and various state attorney general offices. In addition to his legal practice, Mr.
