About Jason Daniel

Jason Daniel Stone graduated from Monmouth University with a B.S. in 2007 and earned his J.D. from Albany Law School in 2011. He completed his legal education during a period of change in the profession. The years immediately after law school shaped the early arc of his practice and professional affiliations.

Stone is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. He joined the New Jersey Bar Association in 2011 and became a member of the New York State Bar Association in 2012. Those memberships reflect his cross-border practice and the regional scope of his work.

His professional base is Stone Law, P.C., where he conducts his day-to-day practice. The firm name appears on his professional résumé and is the vehicle through which he handles matters that arise under the laws of New Jersey and New York. At Stone Law, P.C., he works with clients on legal problems that require attention to state-specific rules and procedures.

Colleagues and clients describe him as methodical in preparing a case and practical when discussing options. He balances attention to detail against the pressures of deadlines. That combination is useful in jurisdictions that can differ significantly on procedural and substantive points.

Beyond client work, Stone maintains active ties to the legal community through his bar association memberships. He has been listed as a member of the New Jersey Bar Association since 2011 and of the New York State Bar Association since 2012. Those affiliations provide access to continuing legal education and professional networks across two states.

Stone’s background—an undergraduate degree from Monmouth followed by a law degree from Albany—gives him classroom training in both general legal principles and the particular demands of practice in the tri-state region. He applies that training day to day, advising clients, preparing filings, and addressing questions that arise at the intersection of New Jersey and New York law.

In his practice he keeps his work rooted in practical problem solving rather than headline-grabbing litigation. He manages matters through the firm’s office and through court appearances when cases require them. He currently represents clients in matters arising under New Jersey and New York law at Stone Law, P.C.
