About Jasmine

Jasmine Davaloo built her practice on a simple idea: clients deserve clear, straightforward representation. She arrived in the legal world after earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2006 and completing her J.D. at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco in 2010. Those years shaped her understanding of the law and how it touches everyday life.

After law school she opened her own office. In 2010 she founded The Law Offices of Jasmine Davaloo and has led the firm since then. The decision to start a solo practice came at a busy moment in the profession, and it required steady work and an attention to the practical needs of clients. Over time she has handled a variety of matters that arise under California law, representing individuals and small businesses in disputes and transactions.

Her approach to cases is pragmatic. She takes time to explain options and likely outcomes in plain terms. That style can be useful when people are facing tight deadlines or complex paperwork. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparation and deliberate at the negotiating table. She aims to set expectations early and to keep clients informed as a matter progresses.

Education has remained part of her professional identity. The training she received at UC Law San Francisco sharpened her analytical skills and exposed her to litigation practice as well as transactional work. Her undergraduate studies at UCLA provided a liberal arts perspective she still finds valuable when assessing risk and strategy. Both schools are part of the arc that led to her establishing a practice in California.

Over more than a decade in practice she has navigated state court procedures and administrative matters. That practical courtroom experience is paired with work on contracts, creditor-debtor issues, and other common civil disputes. She also manages pre-litigation counseling aimed at resolving conflicts before they reach a courthouse. She adapts tactics to each client’s situation rather than applying a one-size-fits-all playbook.

Outside the office she participates in professional gatherings and continuing education opportunities to stay current on developments in California law. Her firm handles matters across the state and serves clients who need hands-on legal help or strategic advice. The Law Offices of Jasmine Davaloo continues to operate under her leadership.

She practices in California and maintains an active private law practice focused on civil disputes, transactional counsel, and related legal services.
